Team Terry Precision began in 2001 with a core team of 4 riders. The team is focused on being a strong regional presence in the elite women’s cycling field. As a developmental team, our mission is to provide racing experience for newer elite level riders with professional level sponsorship, international racing opportunities, and strong team leadership within a positive environment. Captain Rosie Garlapow has been with the team since its inception and continues to lead us as we embark on our 2008 season. Backed by strong financial support from our title sponsor, Terry Precision Bicycles, the team communicates regularly with Terry staffers regarding bike fit and design, equipment choices, saddle engineering and technical apparel. |
| Team Terry begins 2008 with momentum: building on a successful 2007 season that resulted in participation at international events including the Montreal World Cup, Tour du Grande Montreal, Tour of PEI, a podium at the Fitchburg Longsjo Classic Stage Race and ten overall wins at regional races in the northeast US, we return with 6 riders from last year’s roster. With Rosie Garlapow as team manager, captain and tactician, the girls in pink present a well rounded team of sprinters, time trialists, climbers and all around strong riders. |

The team will again be riding Terry FastWoman bikes, equipped with Shimano Dura-Ace groups, FSA and Salsa components and Velocity Wheels. Each Terry rider chooses her own Terry saddle from the Terry line, including the Falcon X, Butterfly Carbon and Damselfly. The team wears Voler custom apparel, available for sale from the Terry Precision Catalog. |
